baskets

I make my baskets using a special quilted coiled rope technique. I use the fabric as paint, and the sewing machine is my color brush. I usually add small fabric flowers, butterflies, ribbons and other items, as decoration. Each basket is unique and one of a kind, and can be made in any size or color, with or without handles.

The baskets are washable. I make them in different sizes for different uses. For example, you can use my baskets for serving dry food, like bread, fruits, nuts or sweets, or for storing personal items. They will decorate every table. The bigger baskets can be used as a cat or dog bed and a small pillow with the pet's name on it can be added.

I have sold some of my big baskets to a photographer in the U.S.A that takes pictures of newborn babies in it.
